Structured Finance Structure and placement of equity and equity-linked instruments, including: debt/equity hybrid; mezzanine financing; preferred equity; joint venture equity investment; convertible debt; participating mortgages; standby letters of credit; entity-level equity investment and true joint venture partnerships
Note Sale Advisory Execute the sale of whole loans and portfolios of loans through structured and non-structured sales transactions, including the sale of: performing loans; credit impaired performing loans; sub-performing loans; non-performing loans and “kick-out” loans
Accounting Support Providing advice in connection with corporate structure, capital raising efforts, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, etc. Also providing general economic statistical forecasting services, industry studies and valuation services
