Elizabeth Askew, CPA

Vice President, Houston, Texas

A Certified Public Account, Askew brings to LCG twenty years of accounting and field examination experience. Askew has performed field exams on over 1,000 companies in every major industry, including automotive, agriculture, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, telecommunications, retail, and the oil and gas related industries. Askew began her field examination career at Comerica Bank in 1991 in Dallas, Texas where she assisted in building the field examination department for the Texas office, which was previously handled out of Detroit. While at Comerica Bank, she was promoted to Senior Field Examiner, responsible for the larger and more complex projects.

In 1994 Askew joined KBK Financial, based in Houston, where she assisted the Vice President and COO with all phases of commercial lending and due diligence, including ABL, factoring, investment banking, and acquisitions. Askew assisted in due diligence with several portfolio acquisitions and workouts, among other special projects, and reported directly to the Executive Committee consisting primarily of Board Members. Askew was promoted from Senior Field Examiner to Audit Officer, to Assistant Vice President of the Audit Department. Askew then went on to manage the field exam department for Briar Capital, LLC, which specialized in middle-market lending, responsible for scheduling, performing, reviewing all field exams, as well as budgeting and forecasting for the field exam department. Askew obtained a B.B.A from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas.

Gregory Brown

Vice President, Atlanta, Georgia

Mr. Brown is an Underwriting Manager with LCG. He brings to LCG twenty-five years experience in commercial and corporate lending with emphasis on new business development, loan portfolio management, underwriting, transaction structuring, and field examination. Mr. Brown has experience in several transaction structures such as cash flow, refinancings, recapitalizations, leveraged buyouts and problem loan workouts/liquidations. Mr. Brown has played key roles in underwriting and managing credit facilities ranging in size from $1MM to $100MM in various industries.

Prior to joining LCG, Mr. Brown was Vice President-Senior Underwriter in the Business Credit division of Textron Financial Corporation where he was responsible for new business underwriting. Prior to Textron, Mr. Brown was an Assistant Vice President at PNC Business Credit. Mr. Brown also served in various roles at Congress Financial Corporation, HSBC Business Credit, GE Capital-Commercial Finance Group and Heller Financial, Inc.

Mr. Brown holds a Bachelor degree in Finance from Loyola University of Chicago and a Master of Business Administration degree from Keller Graduate School of Management.

Tiffany Grant

Operations Manager

Mrs. Grant brings 10+ years of experience and a wide assortment of knowledge to LCG with her background in credit management and accounting. Mrs. Grant began her career as a credit manager with SunTrust Bank’s Factoring Division in Atlanta where she implemented and managed large credit lines for clients nationwide primarily in the garment industry. After returning to her native Tampa, Mrs. Grant was a Senior Vice President of CitiFactors Financial Group with primary duties as the manager of the credit, collections, and accounting teams. She also handled all facets of client field examinations and account debtor credit insurance. Mrs. Grant was also a Senior Staff Accountant with the Flyer Publishing Company where she tracked financial data, prepared financial statements and reporting, and analyzed those statements for the company’s board members.

Michael J. Szwejkowski, Jr.

Senior Associate

Michael Szwejkowski is a senior analyst at LCG Capital Group, responsible for credit analysis and underwriting of the firm's middle market corporate finance deals. Prior to joining LCG, Mr. Szwejkowski was with T. Rowe Price Investment Services, Inc., serving in both an operations management capacity and as a Compliance Manager in their Personal Services Group. Mr. Szwejkowski was responsible for monitoring employee and company compliance relative to company policy, SEC regulations, and other applicable securities laws. He oversaw a division that managed the compliance on over 800 accounts of high net worth clients located throughout the United States.

Prior to his tenure at T. Rowe Price, Mr. Szwejkowski gained extensive credit knowledge as credit manager for Washington Mutual Finance, a division of Washington Mutual Bank. Duties included loan origination, credit evaluation and asset recovery.

Mr. Szwejkowski holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Tampa as well as NASD Series, 6, 63, and 7 Securities licenses.

Dmeter Dragovich

Senior Associate

Mr. Dragovich is a senior analyst with LCG Capital, and brings to LCG more than 30 years of experience in audit and commercial finance. He began his career with Marine Midland Bank and its predecessor entities. With Marine Midland he held a variety of positions in audit and commercial lending with more than 50 professionals reporting to him at various times. He joined Bank of America, then NCNB, in 1991 as a field examiner and remained until joining LCG. At Bank of America he was involved in underwriting and monitoring hundreds of transactions throughout the country from smaller loans to large $250 million+ syndications.

Mr. Dragovich performed his undergraduate work at the University of Pennsylvania prior to serving as an Intelligence Officer with the United States Army, where he served throughout Europe. Mr. Dragovich also completed numerous comprehensive training programs while serving his prior employers.

Dominic Gray

Senior Associate

Mr. Gray brings to LCG more than 25 years of commercial finance experience, serving primarily as a field examiner and field exam manager. Prior to joining LCG, Most recently, Mr. Gray was with GE Healthcare Financial Services where he led field examinations on healthcare transactions on a nationwide basis. Before joining GE, Mr. Gray was a Senior Collateral Examiner with Marine Midland Bank for over nine years prior to their sale to HSBC. Mr. Gray remained with HSBC for another nine years after the acquisition. While at Marine Midland and HSBC, Mr. Gray held a variety of positions and was responsible for performing more complex examinations, scheduling, training, and quality control. In addition, Mr. Gray spent a considerable amount of time working on challenged credits for HSBC’s work-out group. Mr. Gray also assisted in originating the first electronic field examination template and spearheaded an internal task force that continuously updated their programs based on the latest technology available.

Prior to his career in commercial finance, Mr. Gray served in the United States Marine Corps.

Kevin T. Edsall

Associate

Mr. Edsall is currently responsible for performing due diligence field work as well as software training and development for all LCG associates. While with LCG, Mr. Edsall has worked on transactions covering several different industries ranging in size from $3MM to over $100MM. Prior to joining LCG, Mr. Edsall was with T. Rowe Price Investment Services, Inc., serving in an operations management and client relationship management capacity as a Senior Client Manager. Mr. Edsall worked closely with management to maintain an efficient and effective business unit while developing and enhancing existing high net worth client relationships. He played an integral role in developing a comprehensive concierge service for high net worth client’s financial events that ultimately handled over $90 million in assets from the project launch in November 2007 through May 2008. Mr. Edsall holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida, a MBA with a specialty in Corporate Financial Strategy and Management from the University of Tampa and FINRA Series 6, 63, 66 and 7 securities licenses.

Zachary McGrath

Associate

Zachary McGrath currently serves as Associate/Anayst for LCG and is responsible for due diligence data collection and analysis. For the 11 years prior to joining LCG, Mr. McGrath was with T. Rowe Price Investment Services, Inc., where he served as a Client Relationship Manager for high net worth clients and for clients in T. Rowe Price’s Advisory Services programs. As a Certified Financial Planner, Mr. McGrath provided advice on portfolio strategy, cash flow analysis, and retirement planning directly to the firm's high net worth clients. In addition to developing financial plans, he was also responsible for implementing, monitoring, reviewing, and auditing recommendations to clients to ensure suitability and compliance.

Mr. McGrath holds a B.A. in Economics from Wake Forest University and an MBA with a concentration in Corporate Finance from the University of Tampa. He continues to hold FINRA Series 6, 63, 66 and 7 securities licenses and the CFP® accreditation.

Kelley Webb

Administration

Ms. Webb joined LCG in early 2008.  She's responsible to the day-to-day office administration and bookkeeping and is often involved in transaction support.  Kelley earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Tampa and is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Marketing.
