Q: Will LCG raise capital for my company, or will they only provide M&A advisory services?
A: Yes. LCG will raise debt or equity capital for lower middle market companies that are looking to refinance their existing debt, raise growth or additional working capital or help finance acquisitions or other merger and acquisition transactions.
Q: Why should I use an investment bank versus going directly to my bank?
A: At LCG Capital, we leverage our deep industry knowledge and vast network of capital sources to custom design the financing for your project. Where your bank might not be able to offer the leverage, terms or loan amount you are looking for, LCG can seek out and procure the capital to suit your needs. We have also seen and negotiated thousands of term sheets and can help you obtain the best possible price and structure for your transaction.Q: What size capital raises does LCG typically perform?
A: LCG will raise senior debt, mezzanine financing, and/or equity starting at $2MM up to $75MM for a variety of purposes including corporate and commercial real estate transactions. Transactions falling outside of that range will be considered on a case by case basis.
Q: What region of the country will LCG work on transactions in?
A: While many of the transactions that LCG has worked on have been with companies based in the Southeast U.S., LCG can work on deals across the country. In addition to our headquarters Tampa and other Florida-based offices, LCG also has associates in New York, Texas, Ohio, and Georgia.

Q: Can LCG help me sell my business?
A: LCG has trained merger and acquisition advisors and an experienced team of analysts and associates with decades of experience successfully selling, buying and merging companies.
Q: How big does my company have to be for LCG to help me sell my business?
A: LCG will typically work with companies that have sales of $10MM and higher and with earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (“EBITDA”) of $1MM and higher. Companies with sales and/or EBITDA below these levels will be considered on a case by case basis.
Q: What types of merger and acquisition ("M&A") transactions can LCG help me with?
A: LCG has experience closing many different types of M&A transactions including sales to financial buyers, sales to strategic buyers, management buyouts/buy-ins, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, among many others.
