Ms. Jones' expertise within corporate finance covers institutional debt placement, high technology equipment lease finance, venture debt, underwriting, statistical & financial modeling and investment analysis. Ms. Jones has led many successful corporate finance transactions across multiple industries, including technology, telecommunications ((CPE) and infrastructure,) VoIP/IP telephony, software, cable (PCO and franchise), nutraceuticals/life sciences, business services, and specialty finance industries.

Before joining LCG, Ms. Jones was previously Senior Vice President with Summerlin Capital Partners, LLC, an independent equipment lease and asset management firm that financed high technology and related equipment. Prior, she was a principal with Orlando-based MOD Ventures, LLC, a boutique venture capital firm that represented client companies seeking to raise equity private placements. In the area of investor relations, she conducted road show presentations and represented clients of portfolio companies to accredited and institutional investors.

Ms. Jones began her career with GATX Technology Services (a subsidiary of GATX Corporation (NYSE: GMT). As Director of Investments, she headed due diligence investigations for investments in emerging growth enterprises, prepared investment underwriting for transactions ranging from $10-$100 million, and designed and deployed a proprietary, interactive statistical model for portfolio risk analysis and trending utilized for business assessment, statistical analyses, and residual valuation. Prior to being appointed Director, Ms. Jones was the principal portfolio analyst responsible for conducting residual value analyses, statistical modeling, reporting and monitoring of a $1.6 billion world-wide managed portfolio. Ms. Jones holds an MBA from the University of South Florida.
